O.P. Huh?  Help with site (news script)
I'm making a website in macromedia Dreamwaver (using one of the templates) But would it be possible to make some kide of news script  so you can update the news easly without the need of editing through ftp?

make a php script with a database connection.

You can read the news from the database, and easily edit it, with a self made script.

Ok i know two good ones. Camonto (the one mess.be uses) there is a link somewhere on the archives section and cutenews with is a good scipt http://cutephp.com/cutenews/

Try WordPress? Simple to install and you can easily integrate your template into it.

i dont think he meant he doesnt have ftp, i think he meant not having to manually edit a html file every time there was new news

i know that :p

its always better to make custom scripts than use pre-made ones though because if something goes wrong its easier to fix
