Hey, after adding some custom DDPs and Winks to my MSN, it lags (considerablly) when i goto send a Wink or change my DP/DDP...i have a decent comp...so should be ok, is there a way to stop this?

Do you have lots of Winks? It is known that having too much would make it 'freeze'. Try removing any unused Winks.

How would you remove them if everytime you try to send one it freezes?
As i would like to know this as well!
(But then again i have about 222)

To remove:

Go to My Winks

Click on the wink you want deleting then click Remove Wink

Ok I've just tried that and it's just crashed on me. Is there any other way?

i have this all the time, i deleted loooads but it still lags a lil bit

its annoying when you accidently click the winks or dp button

Yeah mine lags a lot too, but it doesn't crash so i'm fine

Tons of normal DP's doesn't lag anything... but i don't have any DDP's so cant tell you about that...

Basically if you want to take off the lag take off the winks... unfortunatly!

It's probably something to do with Winks and DDPs being Flash animations as opposed to PNG images.

I rekon its cause its gotta like "unrar" them or somthing, cause u can view the files using WinRAR..so must have somthing to do with that...

It usually never freezes. You have to be patient....give it time to load.
