O.P. Plugin suggestion and is it possible?
I remember several years back I was using a chat program, I think it may have been with Prodigy and in the chat screen you could pause the chat with a pause button they had on the side. It gets very annoying when I'm using msn messenger and the person I'm chatting with keeps typing something as I'm still trying to read and then it goes off the screen, so I scroll up to read it, but then they type something else and I'm sent back down again.
Any idea if a pause button could be created so you could catch up to the chat and when you unclick the pause button the rest of the chat just appears?

just a thought.

Ermmm. I'm not sure of the point of it because, if you paused it and your contact kept on typing to you, then when you unpaused you'd be flooded with txts sent from your contact!
P.s No offence
EDIT: It would actually depend on how long you paused it for!
