how can i setup my parents and my computer to connect through remote desktop connection?

Ok if you mean by internet then here's a couple:
Remote Connection Which is my main one This is free
Another one I've used it! This one is free
And this one Havn't used this one
And This one again Havn't used this one either

But im not sure about the other 2

i would rather want to use the windows remote desktop connection

you can use the microsoft tutorial if you havnt done so already
