I use iTunes. If you go to Edit, View Options and check play count, you can list all songs in your library by play count and it tells you the number too.

On windows media player, go to your library, all music, right click on the tabs where is says title, artist, album etc. and check play count then you can list by play count by clicking on the play count tab.
