O.P. No Display Picture in Instant Message Window
Exist a way in msn messenger so i can disable my display
picture in the instant message window but that i can still
use the display picture so my contacts still can see it.

Click the small arrow to the top right of your display picture in the IM window and your display picture will be hidden.

Phoenix 2 (a MP! Plugin) will have this feature... It's just not out yet (release date hasn't been planned yet, afaik)

sorry, my mistake.
I think most of the MSN patchs have an option to do this eg A-Patch has an option to "remove DP picture container" from your IM window. I havent tested this but i assume thats what it does.

Let me try one of these patch, the problem here is that i like mess patch or an skins as Black ICe Or Wave 11 (without patch course)..

in msn msngr > tools > options > personal > my display picture.... check the option show my display picture and allow others to see it. , whether it is enabled or not... ?? if not then make tick on that...

i Downloaded A-patch but doesn't work with my wave 11 Skin..
Let me submitted in the wave 11 Skin page this option or even in the same mess patch...
Let me search a little bit in google...
