O.P. Cant remove files from MP3 player
I bought my friend an MP3 player. He wanted to format so he can remove the songs. He says it doesnt work and crashes his computer. He gave it to me and i tried formatting it, the bar goes right to the end but does not complete sucessfully. I try deleting the files manually but its crashes my explorer.exe.
Is there a way i can remove the songs from the MP3 player (its a plug and play drive)

As it hapenned in both computers i suppose its a problem with the MP3 player.

Did anything happen with it lately? Like a drop or something? How old is it? Brand and model?

well the screen has cracked lol but it hasnt been dropped. its only a few months old.
one the mp3 player is says:
i-KIZZ
Digital Audio Player: MP-5756
AKAI USB

apart from those 3 things nothing else is written

if all else fails i can always email the guy i bought it from and see if he cant get a replacement but i want to see if it can be fixed first
