Is it possible to assign a sound that is part of messenger plus to a contact so that when they sign on it will always play that sound?

afaik plus dont have this feature yet.. u can assign signin notification sounds for different contact but not diferent offline notification sounds for differenct contacts...
there is only one (universal )  sound u can assing for all of ur contacts.. u can change that universal ofline notification sound from plus preference panel > notification > popup option > sound file ( browse to the sound u want to play for offline notification ) > open > apply > ok ....

/swooow  etc are built into Messenger Plus! itself, there aren't any sound files on their own.

as Dempsey said that the sounds commes with msgplus! aren't any sound file on their own.. but u can download the sounds and save it on ur disk then add them for notification sounds...
