Downloaded over 1000 times, and no other errors. 
So here is what I recommend you do:

1) Download MSN Messenger http://messenger.msn.com/
2) Download the skin
2.5 (optional): Close MSN
3) Double click the file once downloaded
4) Follow the steps in the installer.
5) Start MSN Messenger

TD What version of MSN Messenger are you running and is it an English version? If so then terrill it is a problem with the installer because you are using a commandline version of ResHack. Notice how it shows ResHack.exe in the error... Installer not his computer.

Is MSN Messenger running when your trying to install the skin? If so end all processes of it in the Task Manager.

I just saw it on the skinning forums and i have added it but the thread is being updated at the moment as i'm adding lods of skins now anyway great skin once again i'll upload it to my database now

mmm Maybe just a silly sugestion but, can this skin come with the "mess.be patch" because I use a lot of option in that patch for msn... But if I install this skin, I would be unable to use it...

hum he may if he asks i think trying a=tach would be eaier as he is a member of this forum. I'll try and promote it is he wants

I forgott to ask... is multilanguage???

Because I'm latin american so spanish would be nice for me xD ^^...
