There I've already told you were you can get it.

ok thanku for all your help, BUT i installed it and when i go to plugins, i still cant click on it; and i dont have a tab

to enable the plugins..
in msn contact list > plus! > preferences > plugins > and make the tick on the plugins u want to load with ur account.....
