I saw that site some time ago and yea it's really good, but aint this thread supposed to be about HTML websites? o.O

Anyway since you've posted a flash site and considering i can't think of any great html websites that haven't been mentioned so far i might aswell post a site which i think is the most impressive flash site i have ever come across. It is webfeatsdesign.com

2advanced is an amazing website, I'm looking at his portfolio now, it's impressive stuff!!!

tbh any site that loads a flash file for agers and plays music that you cant stop while its loading sucks no matter how good the design is.
Music on a website should always be optional and defult to off because its annoying as hell when your listening to music.
