O.P. Huh?  Windows Messenger and MSN Messenger
Windows Messenger is getting really annoying for me. When I log on, it automatically signs in on Windows Messenger. So I always have to manually close it and open up MSN Messenger

And I have removed it from Control Panel / Add Remove Programs / Add Remove Windows Components

And I have disabled access to it in Set Program Access and Defaults

But it still keeps signing in on Windows Messenger

Any ideas on how to remove it permanently?

No that doesn't work. The only way that works for me is adding a registry key. Deleting Windows Messenger might cause problems so don't do that.
