Hi there.

I noticed two things about the webchat:

- When you join the Spanish chat channel (#banana.es) from the webchat, the following message appears (configured from PJIRC?):

That basically says that if there's nobody there, to join #msgplus and that only English is allowed there. However, it should tell people to go to #msgplus.es if they want help (or nothing at all, as that is already in the channel's topic).


- Links open in the same window, making the user quit IRC. Is it possible to make it open links in a new window? (I don't know if PJIRC allows this, I haven't checked it).
