RE: Firefox 1.0.6
From what the release notes says:
quote:
Restore API compatibility for extensions and web applications that did not work in Firefox 1.0.5.

As for Fx 1.0.5's changes:
quote:
    * Several security fixes.
    * Improvements to stability.

Ive explained this many times before 1.0.x rarly contain new fetures because they are branch builds trunk builds on the other hand (1.0+ atm called deerpark untill 1.1) contain all the fetures which have been addded to the cvs and can be extremly buggy at times , but if you want bleeding edge fetures download the latest nightly or a stable deerpark release

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk/   <- latest nightly
http://developer.mozilla.org/devnews/index.php/2005/07/12/deer-park-alpha-2-released/ <- deerpark stable release

RE: Firefox 1.0.6
The difference I noticed is that when it forced me to update, the updater can't get the updates for the extensions which need updating. Hopefully I can update soon to fix the "updating" problem.
