ok yesterday something started happening to my messenger and im not sure why but it needs fixing. anyways heres my problem. i am in a convo talking to someone al of a sudden someone comes online opens a convo to me which then changes all the sizes of my convos from being maximised to 3/4 of maximised and switches the focus to the new window if i go on a website like this one and someone contacts me on messenger ill get pulled off this website and forced into the new convo window. is there anything anyone can do to stop this from happening so far i have had to keep using boss mode to lock this off but then i cant use messenger its annoying me

Have you tryed reinstalling msn messenger? I suggest you try that

Go to "MY Computer" and the left hand side there should be a table saying "Add/ Remove Programs" click that. Scroll down until you see msn messenger and select remove.



You can then download msn from here.

If the problem still happens, try not using messenger plus!

And tell us any other plugins or beta's you have

Sometimes there are some features which are similar in MDX and Stuffplug. Try running MSN Messenger without Stuffplug, or without MDX and see if the problem persists. Also try without Messenger Plus!

Did you try reinstalling as Absorbation suggested?

i havent tried reinstalling just yet ill give it a go and ill try your suggestions too and let you know what happened. thanks for your help guys.
