I am annoyed as hell: I have adblock on my computer working fine with ff 1.0.6, and I just got my laptop and installed ff 1.0.6 and then tried adblock. It tells me it wont install it because 'it doesn't work', when it plainly at least partially does on my desktop pc (my ads are blocked fine on my desktop pc). Is there a workaround?

If the error is about it not being compatible with your version of firefox, open up the xpi in winzip and edit out the version minimum/maximum and see if that helps

I don't use winzip, but I have downloaded mozbackup which backsup your profile (including extensions) so next time I go on my laptop I will put the profile on there, and hopefully that should work.
