Bah, that's a cliché dodgy site, try tracerting it and watch your query be redirected around the planet several times, and the IP address doesn't appear in any public whois database. It's probabally somewhere in Lithuania, probably hidden in the bottom of some basement of an abandoned house in the middle of nowhere.

Well I guess if Patchou would sue them, he could win. (atleast here in Germany :tongue:

)

We just had the case Google Gmail vs. G-mail and it seems that, Daniel Giersch, the guy who registered the german trademark on "G-Mail...und die Post geht richtig ab." won, atleast he pushed through a temporary injunction against Gmail and Google Germany had to rename their "Gmail" into "Google Mail". Now everyone from Germany who wants to register a new account gets @googlemail.com addresses.
