pls pls help me..                 i installed messenger plus. after i restarted my computer  i try to log in the messenger with my account but the screen is stuck and the messenger doesnt respond. but when i try to connect with a diff account i can...
some1 pls help me fix it...

did u installed any plugin of msgplus! ( like stuffplug, colornick etc)..??
if yest then disable them from plus preferences > plugin  and disable them ... and chk yr problem.. does it solved.. ?

no, i didnt install plug in or something else.
i even uninstalled the messenger and messenger plus but nothing changes.

Are you talking about your computer account or your Passport (eg Hotmail) account?

Do you get any error messages?

well try this tip it may help..
control panel > user accounts > advance > manage password > and remove the email with which u cant login to msn msngr.. and then restart ur msn and check whether it works or not..

and i tried to remove that account like shezi said
but ther is no change.
