i'm looking for 4.0 not 3.9< and i know that 4.0 has been out for some time, and allso i'm looking for the dvd verson, not the cd version

get the torrent client called bittorrent and then go to this link and download the torrent and open the torrent with bittorrent, and it should download from there...its pretty easy too
