O.P. is there a way to make your display picture move

i want to know if you can make your display picture on msn move so it will be like a little clip beucase a contact on my msn has a picture moving whenever i talk to him

You have to buy a deluxe display picture from one of MSN's partners to do that

its called muggins or dynamic display picture

You can download a couple in packs which are free, The only ones available at the moment are: Hip Hop, Rock On! and Travel
Just click the present icon next to the nudge icon
