O.P. swf to avi - Rendering Flash Movie To Video

I have a collection of (largely uninteractive) Flash Movies as .swf files and I want to make video files from them (such as AVI).

It would be good if I could do it at any resolution I want, not the resolution that the movie was created for.

I found a tool that could do this a while ago, but i forgot what it was.
You could change the background colour of it too.

I should change my sig ay?
