every time i go into a convo window 2 ryt /nick n ctrl+k n my name n den press enter it always comes up with a pop-up sayin that theres an error or that its not regonised n i dnt no wat 2 do. Plz Help Me!!!

Make sure you type a space directly after /nick

Guys i tried that but still not working , see this is the way i wrote the nick

/nick 10I thought u'd have the 4decency 102 change But babe, I guess u didn't take that warnin 'Coz I'm not abt 2 look @ ur face again

Are you sure the square symbol appears when you type ctrl+k ?

Hrmm, so when you type that into your conversation window, do you get an error at all?

If not, and everything seems fine and goes through properly but the nickname stays black, does the actual nickname change at all, as in text wise?

Also, when you press enter, and your nickname stays black, are there any symbols in your nickname? For eg:

·$#8D8D8D

well hey ! , there was no Error, just everything is normal, no weird symbols in the nick, nothing unusual, just the nick stays black

If you go to you Msn Messenger menu, Tools>>Options>>Personal, what appears writen in the text box name?

Your name with some symbols before, isn't it?, can you tell us the exactly symbols?
