No, Patchou's sponsor is, and may always be C2Media, as they also provide the servers that he needs for his website and this forum.
If there was any change on the sponsor, then he would tell us... I doubt anybody other than C2Media would be good enough for Messenger Plus!, they were very leniant and allowed him to strip down the bundled software so it didn't ruin the installers computer or slow it down too much.
