Put simply, they no longer work. So, what am I meant to do instead? Phoenix depends on OnMyFriendlyNameChange for two of its features!

I think I remember Patchou having problems with them too and I think he had to code some workaround to continue to b notified about nickname changes.  Not sure what though.

That bug was reported to Microsoft but never fixed. I coded a workaround in Messenger Plus! by using the protocol directly, I may add support for it in my api if I find some time for it .

* RaceProUK wonders how he can do same

It would be great if Patchou added it to the API, since it hasn't been fixed...


Two of my plug-ins depend a little on that event (My). I don't know anything, so I'll probably just... wait.
