Okay I shut my computer off before and turned it back on.... logged on and it wouldnt load my desktop icons... it wouldn't load any program or anything:

anyone had a similar problem before?

Check your system startup for something that isn't usually there. There might be something which is taking ages to load so its not loading the other programs and icons.

I cant even get to it, im currently on a limited account on my PC

Reboot the computer tapping F8 and choose Safe Mode.

Then log into your account and check the startup. Your user account might be corrupted. You can also try a system restore.

well now my account seems to work but MSN crashes on it constantly. ive reinstalled it and stuff but it just crashes time after time, but its working on my other PC account
