hi im just wondering if proxy switchers are illegal and if i user one will the internet people mail me saying something ?

If the proxy is a public one (as in volunteered), no.

However, if you proxy through a trojaned box you are taking advantage of someone's trojaned system. The question of is that illegal or not, I'm not exactly sure.

Proxying through a hacked box? Definitely illegal.

It's strictly illegal to try and clean them on IRC via manipulating the drones.
