I think there was someone that managed a protable msn client..but like it was said, the ports are probably blocked.

Well luckly my school hasent blocked the subdomain for iloveim,  http://x12.iloveim.com also, the www.mmclient.com site is working again, you could also use Portable Firefox to try and access any blocked web messengers, although that dident work on emessenger and official web messenger for me.
