Could someone run me through step by step please. beacause i'm confused bigtime

That file doesn't exist on my computer.

Search for 'scrnsave.scr'
Press 'ctrl' & Drag it to your 'Taskbar/quick launch' or start menu

 

its in your Windows>System32 folder

if you cant find it here is mine

yer but you can't put a key combo can you?

So to repeat, right click the start menu item, and go to propeties and set the keys you want to use in the shortcut keys box.
