When Ever i open My Documents My Videos my blue bar at the bottom closes and everything retarts. Why? and how can i fix it please

Sounds like the desktop has crashed...this can be cause by a number of things:

Unsuitable pc equipment
Overloading of PC
ect

Usually it will restart automatically. I get this from time to time but it's rare.

after it closes it opens it self back up but i still cant use open that folder


also on a inrelated thing about  a month ago my friend was using the computer and this file appeared on my desktop that i cant delete so i made it hidden so i wouldnt see it anymore. anyway when i try to delete it says "can not read from source file or disk"

please help me delete that
