I'm automaticly blocked in 2 of my friends msn list

O.P. I'm automaticly blocked in 2 of my friends msn list
2 friends got the same error and with only my account.
If they log off en get logged on again, then i'm blocked in their lists.
Does anyone know this problem and or know a sollution to this problem?
