O.P. Annoying: flashing conversation buttons on taskbar

Hi there! Is there any way to disable the annoying orange flashing of MSN conversation windows' taskbar buttons? This is when people message you, and it flashes orange in your taskbar. It's quite annoying if you're reading a text document and you have this horrible orange flash staring in your face.

Is there anything currently / or anything planned to disable this?
