O.P. Installation Throug Active Directory

Has anyone of you tried to install MsgPlus Throug Active Directory?

I would like to install MsgPlus throug Active Directory but heavn't got a Clue how to do this.
All I know is that you can install MSI fills throug it, but as MsgPlus is an exe installer, it won't work.

So anyone who can help me with this?
