O.P. Windows XP found new hardware since install of MS Office 2003 Pro
Since i installed Microsoft Office 2003 Professional on my Windows XP Home SP2 computer, i've been seeing a window saying Windows has found new hardware whenever i log-in. See screenshot

Insert the Microsoft Office disk and then make sure "Install the software automatically" is selected and click next. When you follow that through does it install, and does it come back up when you next install?

Sorry for not getting back to you about this problem.

I did what you suggested, but this did not help. I chose for XP to not try and install this hardware again. Office 2003 still works fine though.

I get the Found New Hardware thing when installing other software as well. And for all those i do the same thing as i have done for Office, and the applications still work fine.
