Our company is currently running a Pilot for Microsoft Office Communicator.  Are there any plans for a version of Messenger Plus! for Communicator? ( I'd really MISS the ability to log my chat sessions!  )

thx

Office communicator being an extension of LCS2005 already has chat logging abilitys on the server side. Might be worth asking your Sys admin nicely for access to said logs for your chats.

I am part of the IT organization, so do understand and apprecaite your response ... but looking for a clientside solution.

I am currently looking into this matter, however, I have yet to find someone who would give me a loggin to a Lice Communication server to test Office Communicator properly. If you think you can get me a loggin, please email me at mplus@patchou.com :).

Ok.. let me see what I can do ... no promises ... but perhaps i can get one set up outside a firewall ...

Will let you know if I can make this happen.  Thanks for the response.

Also, is there anything "special" you'd need for dev work?

regards

Thank you :).

I would need nothing special, just a normal user loggin so that I can try the software out properly. I wouldn't do anything remotely, just locally in my client.

Patchou, Can't you work with one of the free LCS trials from MS.

When they expire just order another one.

I could if only I was able to properly setup Active Directory and everything else attached to it... I'm not an IT :)
