RE: Fake apps
I don't know what you mean, the only way to make an application is by coding it yourself, or downloading a standalone program. There won't be any plugins or addons for MSN Messenger/Messenger Plus! to do such a thing, as it is likely to be used for malicious reasons.

Well then, the creator of the plugin has discontinued it, there isn't any available, unless you create one yourself, and by doing this, it defeats the point of creating an app to create fake apps, you may aswell just create the fake apps yourself. As once you have learned a small amount of code, it is easy simply to create an "empty" app.

wrong, it means that the author of the plugin has lost the ability to do it the way he did it. why? because of the removal of the libraries (not sure about that word) from the > 4.6 versions.

there is still a way, but it is way more complicated and just not worth the hassle. the old stuffplug (not the NG version) had a fake app invite iirc

You don't understand do you... =p

Fake Apps are non-existant apps for the Activites menu in MSN Messenger (with a plugin, you could previously add fake entries to the 'Start ?????...' menu in MSN Messenger)
