How would I be able to remove the whole "Dynamic Display Picture" advert at the top of this, I really hate it being there, I think it is a waste of space, as I will never pay for the dynamic display pictures or use them at all...

Is there a patch or anything to remove this?

I believe A-Patch has this option, it is either Remove Billing Info Menus or Remove What's Hot Section.

No, there is no options to remove this from the display picture menu.

You mean in A-Patch? There must be, cause I've used it and my DDP stuff is gone... just try those two options I mentioned above.
