if you set your stats to appear offline is it possable to chat by using a plug-in?

and also how do you know if some 1 is set to appear offline? - is there a plug in to tell you this too?

I've got most of the code done, waiting for Rolando to finish the GUI, then all I gotta do is convert that GUI to HTML, and then it's ready for release
