I seem to remember reading a similar thread a few weeks ago... maybe that one was only about the "you last visited" text though... 
I guess the second "Welcome back, WDZ" is pretty useless, so I'll delete it... |

It's not redundant when you're a guest, since guests don't have that "welcome block" in the upper right. Also, I think the last visit time should be shown right above the current time because it allows for comparison, and just looks cool. |
