O.P. Contact List - Info Box
Hi, been messing around MSN+ for a while and was quite troubled with 1 problem.

When i use transparency with the contact list, the info box of the contacts are also 'translucent' to me, making it hard to read what's there.
Is there a workaround for this?

That is weird tooltips should not become transparent ...
only the main window should...

Are you using any other transparency windows tools ? that might affect this ?
Window Manager is discontinued, for WLM try the new,
Enhancer for contact list docking, auto-hide, hide taskbar button, remove button flashing and remember keyboard layout in conversation windows

nope im not using any other transprancy tool for windows.

if i'm the only person that get this problem, then it'll have to be my system f**king up ;(

anyway, my msn do have another problem, that's it will 'hang' after a random period of time. my status still looks at what it was, but i am basically 'offline'.
and i cant change my status, the only thing i can do is log off and log in again.

Mine does this too. I can't even see the tooltips sometimes because they look like they are behind the window. Maybe they aren't transparent, but are put under it for some reason? (I noticed this was from 2005 but oh well...) I have version 4.60.0.324.

What skin? That is the default one. Actually, it does that with all skins. Or at least all the ones I have tried.
