O.P. Contact List Transparency
In the plus preferences, you can choose the transparency for the contact list. What I would like, is to be able to change the window transparency, but leave the contact names normal so they are easy to read.
Thanks

Edit: Okay, I thought that it might not be possible because of that.
Thanks

RE: Contact List Transparency
This cannot be done as plus hooks onto the whole window so everything must be changed :(

don't go jumping the gun now.

im gonna say it is possible. Plus! currently is able to change names to include colour if the colour tags are there. When you hover over Contacts it brings up a tooltip with information, clicking on their avatar brings up there little blog thing.

all these things (i think) mean thats each contact is it's own object, with its own set of functions (like when you hover over it highlights etc) these can be hooked. it's just the way that MSN has coded it, it's alot harder than normal. but Plus! is already changing contacts names (locally), so i think it's possible. but i have no idea how to do it :P
