O.P. IP Help
Ok I found this russian site with some great downloads that I want. But when ever I try to download them the sneeky bastards put a filter to block any IP's that are not russian IP's. SO how can I fake a russian IP so I can download the files? I don't want to use a proxy because that would be to slow.
