How do you change the type of music?

Like, I want to change the type of file from Windows Media Audio/Video playlist to MP3

If you mean converting a .wma song to a .mp3, then you can do this by downloading a media file convertor, just search google for "ImTOO" convertors.

Windows Media Audio/Video playlist isn't an audio file. It is just text, and it tells the player where to play the real sudio files from. Despite the name, a Windows Media Audio/Video playlist can reference any type of file, not just Windows Media Audio/Video. So, check the audio files that you have, and see if they are Windows Media Audio files, already MP3, or maybe even something else.

Don't know anything about converting wmp songs as wel; I think my girlfriend is better than me when it comes to this thing. I am not really into music . 

there are thousands of converters, if one doesnt support an extension you want, just go to google and enter '.example to .rabbit' trust me you'll get results
