O.P. suggestions for people with two msn account

is it possible to allow users to login one msn account but also connect to the other account if they have two account?so that when they login either one account,they can see and contact both account's people.

yep, you have that option in msgplus! you can connect to several accounts simultaneously.
Go to your plus! preferences & options > click the customize tab > and click to check the top box Allow me to connect to several accounts simultaneously.

You may have to restart your WLM, once you restart it, click the WLM icon again and you may sign in with another account at the same time.
