O.P. Moving Plus! settings.
I am building a new PC and want to carry over all my Plus! settings and contact renames etc. from my previous install on my old PC.

Does any one know where they're located?

RE: Moving Plus!
in the bottom left hand corner of the Plus! > Preferences window, theres a link "Save/Load" that allows you to export all your settings

I always liked that feature! :)
There's only 1 thing which I don't like, and that's that u can't save ur Custom Emotion Sounds.

Fortunatly, CookieRevised created the Messenger Plus! Sound Library Fixer! :D
To use it, u have 2 copy the folder
code:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Messenger Plus!\Custom Sounds
to ur new pc and then run the prog and follow the steps. U don't have 2 exit Messenger nor Plus!, u can run it when u want. :)

Hope this helped u...

You could also create a soundpack and import this pack on your new computer. This is perhaps even easier.
