customized emotion sounds(audio file)

is there ne way that i can increase the length of the customized auio emotion sound that i make?? to me 8-10 seconds isn't good enough. Pleez help.

Patchou made it this long to make sure there was no illegal transfers involed (something like that)

So it cannot be changed
