I Borrowed My Friend's Scanner Earlier but now that i scanned all the things i wanted, i dont know how to edit the picture (i want it in .jpg or something) right now its .tif, how can i convert it. i  cant open it in photoshop and the only thing that does open it is Microsoft office picture manager

Is there an option to export in Microsoft office picture manager? Usually graphic programs support .tif images
