lately I appear offline when i am online to my friends and and some of my friends appear offline when they are online .is there something wrong with msn lately or is a problem with my computer.

Its a serverglitch, signing out and in again might help (but no guarantees). Nothing else can be done about it.

what's a server serverglitch ,and why is only with some of my contacts not all of them

Serverglitches are difficulties/problems on/with the server (MSN servers in this case) and since not everybody is on the same server those problems occur for some, not for all.
