Plus and plugins dont edit the messenger executable so patches will still work.

Plus! And plugins doesn't alter anything in the exe file of MSN Messenger, this means that your installation is still Clean...
Of course we in the forum wouldn't recommend using a patch if it didn't work together with Plus!.. If it didn't that would mean you would have to uninstall plus! and that would kinda make lesser people for the community and forum... So.. Plus!, plugins, StuffPlug, all work together with patches... Though using multiple patches is not advised, and most patchers now have a varification check that checks if your version is a clean install or not...

its off topic but still cos its only 95% compatable...and the guy who's created it has got exams and stuff to get throguh and so over the next year not a lot of work will be done on it ... but when it does come out {the newest versoin} it will be great!
