O.P. Undecided  Sending An E-mail To All Your MSN Contact List
Seeing as christmas is getting here soon, I would like to send an e-mail to all of my contacts with a card I created ( actully it's a picture ), and I was wondering if there was a way to get all your MSN Messenger contacts on you're hotmail. Now I have checked.. but I don't think everyone is in my Hotmail Contacts.. some are there in double, some don't even appear.. is there a simple way to do that? because I do not really feel like writting my 300 contacts email.. thanks in advance :)

if they are in your MSN contact list then they SHOULD be in your hotmail list as well, i know that when i used hotmail all my contacts automatically got added into my hotmail contacts and if i deleted them from hotmail then they were deleted from my msn as well

Can anyone confirm this? I really need to be sure that all contacts have been added.. The fact that I see some in double just doesn't help me beliving they are all here.. I have the feeling some are also missing..

Also, if theres a way of extracting the emails so I can send the xmas card from another email account, Id like to know.. thx :)

In MSN Hotmail you have several lists. One of those lists are the contacts/mails stored on your .NET Passport account (which is your MSN Messenger account in easy terms). And that's the reason why you see some double, they appear once as a .NET Passport associated email and once as an email which you manually added in hotmail.

In short: yes, all your MSN Messenger contacts are also listed in your hotmail account.

If you click on the tab "contacts" you'll see on the right hand side "contacts" and three subitems: "Favorites", "edit favorites" and "Messenger"... Click on "Messenger" to see all your contacts from Messenger.
