Visual Basic 6 I guess, I've never tried Visual Basic .net, I used to code in VB6.

Visual Basic 6.0 for two reasons:

1) It's an easy programming language, and that's the language I use to program too ;)
2) Because its needed runtime files are much smaller than the required .NET framework...
